MORE ABOUT ME AND THE PATH I'VE TAKEN
Hi, I'm Susanne.
I was just twenty when I experienced the same thing over and over again:
A brief high and “boom”, the pain struck again. (Frustration, fear, pain, let up!) And it was all to get much worse.
In my mid-thirties, nerve pain began to rage in my body. For months, no one could find its origin. No treatment, no medication worked properly.
I had one, desperate wish:
“The pain has to go!” But it stayed for now.
I'm telling you about it to tell you: I understand what it's like. How helpless you sometimes feel. But do you know what I learned from it?
Treatment/medication/therapy were important and improvement took time. How I experienced this time was my choice. I was able to let go of the old and learn new things – to grow.
Gradually, I realized that whether I was in pain or not, it was up to me how much peace, ease, joy, love... there was in my life.
Today, I support other people in finding peace and making changes in their lives, leading to more quality and joy of life.
You're a bookworm if ever I saw one – me too :)
"Just be happy? If only it were that easy!", I thought in the middle of it all. Sure, there were my pains, which seemed to stand in the way of my happiness for a long time. But that wasn't everything...
Do you know that little (or big) stab in the heart when the person you're with behaves differently than you would have liked? I often felt that way.
A new person, a new lease on love? No. Whether it was with friends, colleagues, a new partner... no matter who it was, I kept experiencing similar frustrating stories. Why was that?
I found answers by engaging with the concept of the inner child. This was (and is) an important part of my journey and is therefore also part of my book and lectures ».
Are you thinking, “Interesting?” Then...

Ultimately, this resulted in lectures and my book / story “From PAIN into FREEDOM”.
Success stories of others...
gave me new courage again and again at my worst times. I wish – and especially for you – that my story will do the same for you.
When I couldn't sit for five minutes anymore, I decided: “I'll fly to Bali again.”
Fifteen hours on a plane and returning to the place where my soul first regained its wings.
In April 2023, the time had come. Whatever challenges you face: BELIEVE IN YOURSELF!
A question I often hear:
“Susanne, are you really completely pain-free?”
To be honest, after a night of dancing, my feet hurt the next day too. (But that was so totally worth it :) I have left chronic pain and medication behind me.
Of course, I'm not always happy. I also have a bad day sometimes. But the drama ends after the kick-off. I have found my balance – I have arrived at myself.
